Nestled on a peaceful hectare in the rolling green fields of Glen Austin, this farm is more than land it’s part of our promise to help women go further. It's a place rooted in SEEN’s vision of lifting women through knowledge and teamwork that will lead to opportunity.
What We Offer:
- A dedicated to providing free training and mentorship for women in groups.

- Food preparation, nursery work, agriculture, and farm maintenance.
- Skill-building suited to future jobs in farming, horticulture, landscaping, or food services.
- We actively help participants register with SEEN, build their profiles, and learn how to promote their skills confidently.
