SEEN Safety And Code of Conduct Policy

At SEEN, we don’t just match people to work we create safe, respectful environments for women to earn with dignity and for clients to receive high-quality, professional service.

This isn’t just business, it’s personal. And we take your safety seriously.

For Every Client. For Every Woman. For Every Job.

Our Safety Commitment

1. Vetted Service Providers
All SEEN workers undergo onboarding training and background screening. Many are referred through trusted community partners or verified networks.

2. Respectful, Professional Conduct
We expect everyone using SEEN, both service providers and clients, to treat one another with basic human respect.

That means:

  • No discrimination
  • No harassment
  • No unsafe work conditions
  • No inappropriate requests

3. Check-Ins And Monitoring
We don’t just assign a job and disappear. Our support team checks in before, during and after services (including long-term  hire bookings), ensuring both parties are content, safe and on the same page.

4. Safe Workspaces Only
SEEN workers have the right to leave any job that becomes unsafe, hostile or violates the terms agreed upon. Clients are encouraged to provide a clear, respectful environment for work to take place. In the rare case of an incident, we would inspect how to offer immediate escalation support to protect both parties.

Contractual Safety

  • SEEN is committed to creating a safe, dignified environment for work. This commitment applies only to jobs that are officially booked and paid for through the SEEN platform. When a service is active under a SEEN contract, we provide real-time support, dispute resolution and intervention when necessary.

Limits of SEEN’s Responsibility

  • SEEN does not take responsibility for any interactions, agreements, or incidents that take place outside of the SEEN platform.

  • If a client and a service provider choose to make private arrangements outside of SEEN (including verbal agreements, cash payments, or unofficial side jobs), SEEN has no legal or operational ability to step in, mediate, or protect either party.

Stay Within SEEN

  • For your protection, for the safety of others and to uphold the standards we’ve built as a community, always book and pay through SEEN. It’s the only way we can guarantee your rights are respected.
