Whether you’re hiring for a quick job, weekly help, or long-term support, each service provider sets her own rate based on her experience and the kind of work she offers.

How Booking And Payment Work

Step 1

Browse Service Provider Profiles

Start by exploring our trusted network of women offering a wide range of services. Each profile gives you a snapshot of their experience, areas of expertise, spoken languages, availability and preferred type of work (short-term, part-time or full-time).

Step 2

Check Calendar Availability

Each provider has a live calendar where you can view their available time slots. This helps ensure you're booking them for a time that works for both of you. Availability is updated regularly, so check back if your preferred slot isn’t open.

Step 3

Select Time Period (Short-Term or Long-Term) And Lock It In

Whether you're booking a single task or a recurring schedule, you’ll be asked to select the time period for your booking. Providers clearly state if they’re open to one-day jobs, weekly commitments or full-time roles. Choose what works best for you and the service provider.

⚠️ Please Note:

  • Service providers require at least 24 hours’ notice for most bookings.
  • This allows time for proper preparation, travel planning, and coordination.
  • Urgent or same-day bookings may not always be accepted so please check the provider’s calendar for availability and confirmation deadlines.

Step 4

Time-Sensitive Booking Window

To keep things fair, there's a limited window to finalize your booking. This prevents double-bookings and gives other clients a chance to book open slots. If the time expires before you confirm, you’ll need to reselect a time. You have a limited time to complete the booking. This prevents double bookings. If your time expires, you must start the process again.


Step 5

Instant Booking Confirmation

Once your booking is submitted through our calendar system, you’ll receive a confirmation showing the name, profile and time slot of your chosen provider. If your selected provider cannot attend on the confirmed day due to personal reasons, SEEN will automatically pre-match you with someone of equal skills and experience so your job stays on track.

Step 6

Payment Process

All payments are made securely through SEEN. You pay SEEN and SEEN pays the provider by ensuring a fair, protected and transparent process for both parties.

Step 7

Legal And Fair Compensation

Every rate on SEEN reflects a provider’s experience and the scope of the service offered. Rates fall within the legal and ethical bounds of South African labour practices and include consideration for transport and time. Clients are expected to respect the stated hourly rates as chosen by each provider.
